intro

Embarking on my pixel art journey began with “Necromancer Tomb”, a game I crafted during my university class. From the very first moments, I found myself captivated by the charm and uniqueness of pixel art. The simplicity of the style drew me in, and now, all my pixel creations come to life through the magic of Aseprite!

ALZAHIR

“Alzahir” main artistical key points are: minimalistic color palette, attention to silhouette, broken down/jagged lines and a dark-ish, satanic theme.

NECROMANCER TOMB

In my first try at pixel art with “Necromancer Tomb”, the colors and character outlines might look a bit random and all over the place. But hey, for a first attempt, I’m pretty happy with how it turned out!

THE ZZZ-ZANY ZAPPERS

My entry for the 2023 GMTK Game Jam “Roles Reversed” was “The ZZZ-Zany Zappers”. The short & simple pixel game made in just 48 hours took a more child-ish approach to the theme, the color palette is vibrant, cohesive & simplistic. The three brothers are extremely colorful while the nightmare enemies are dull and dark.

SWORDTEMBER

In September 2023, I took on the creative challenge of “Swordtember”. The task was simple yet exciting—every day, you receive a prompt to create a unique sword in any 2D/3D artistic style. Pushing my creative boundaries, I embraced the challenge, excited in the process of bringing diverse, original sword ideas to life. Which of these pixel swords resonates most with you?
