For game jams, I usually go with pixel art since it’s quick and easy to iterate on.
I focus on shape, silhouette and a clear color palette to keep visuals readable and consistent.
In my opinion, the biggest strength of pixel art is how efficiently it can communicate visual ideas (single pixel for a hand).
| Swordtember Challenge
In September 2023, I dared myself to try out a creative challenge of “Swordtember”. 30 days, 30 prompts, 30 swords.
Vector Illustrations & Animations
| The Little Circus Wonder
For a university exam, I created a one-minute 2D animation using original vector illustrations. The art style was inspired by a mix of Cuphead and Don’t Starve themes.
| Waste Warriors Academy
For a university course project, I worked as the 2D artist on an educational game about recycling. I created vector illustrations for a kids’ game designed to teach proper waste sorting in a fun way.
| Friend Gifts
Sometimes I make cute chibi drawings as personalized birthday gifts for friends – based on their features, outfits or even their favorite League of Legends characters. 🤓
